RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns and do not give refunds.

If your package and/or it's contents are delivered in damaged condition, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt. 

Delighting customers is our goal and every situation is addressed on an individual basis. 

 

SHIPPING

Needleminders are typically shipped the next business day after you have placed your order.  However, please allow up to 3 days for order processing.

Our canvases are original designs that are handpainted just for you. Please allow between 5 and 7 days for processing of your canvas order. 

We ship via USPS first class mail with tracking.  At this time we only ship within the USA.

 

SAFETY

A needleminder is not a toy and should be kept away from children and pets.  Due to the magnets, needleminders should be kept away from anyone with a pacemaker. Use caution near any medical devices.

NeedlemindersUS is not responsible for any misuse or negligence on the part of the end user.

Our canvases are not available for wholesale purchase at this time.
